Music and Movement (newborn - 2 years) -

Music and Movement (Newborn - age 2): Music and Movement is a “caregiver & me” class (more commonly know as a “mommy and me”) which incorporates age-appropriate music and movement that strengthens bonding between caregiver and child. Music and movement benefit a child’s development in many ways and has been shown to improve children's memory, cognitive development, learning skills and expressive ability. Exposing children to music during early development helps them learn the sounds and meanings of words. Dancing to music helps children build motor skills, improve balance, and coordination while allowing them to practice self-expression.
